Carol grew up in a home full of art, adventure, and love. She was always outside building forts, searching for fairies, and creating her own adventures. Now, as a reluctant grownup, Carol writes books for children and paints images that float in her head.
Carol has a Master of Fine Arts in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University. She has earned a certificate in Writing for Children from the University of Washington. Carol lives on an island near Seattle, WA with her husband, three kids, and adorable dog, Bisous. When not creating art, she is enjoying life in the Pacific Northwest.
